Whilst we do not diminish the multiple issues and concerns that clients face on a day-to-day basis, we believe that after forming a thorough understanding of what your issues and concerns are, most time and effort in counselling should be spent jointly finding positive solutions and working at implementing them.
We actively work together at improving your long-term health & wellbeing and restoring balance to your life. We also use and teach mindfulness techniques as an effective way to handle difficult and unhelpful thoughts & feelings that often get in the way of achieving the life we want.
